Claire first lived on the French Riviera in 1989 when she arrived in Nice to study French literature at the Faculté des Lettres.

After graduating Claire began developing properties in her spare time and this instilled a love of the property market and a firm understanding of the investment potential offered by a good property in a top location - knowledge which she is now able to use daily with her Attika clients.

She founded Attika in 2003 with Judith Halmshaw and over time they have opened offices in Cannes for both sales and rentals and their main Nice office in the city centre, housing their resale team and their New Build Department.

Claire is proud that Attika has become a highly-respected agency amongst both overseas and French property-seekers and is certain that it is the company's focus on customer service that has gained them such a good reputation. The Attika team really listen to their customers and never try to show properties that don't match all of their client's criteria - there's no point in wasting time when there are so many perfect properties out there - and it's our job to find them !
